Description

As our Business Change Manager, you will partner with our Portfolio Delivery Teams, lead business change activities, and co-create an engaging change narrative. You’ll articulate the ‘why’ to align leadership, engage colleagues, and connect to easyJet holidays’ strategy by contributing to the organisational change story.

Your holistic approach will span our entire change portfolio, considering Airline initiatives impacting the easyJet holidays team, to ensure alignment and minimise colleague disruption. You will define and implement a suitable change management methodology, develop tailored change plans, and maintain a portfolio-level change management summary plan. This plan will highlight critical change impacts and activities, presented to the Holidays Management Board to demonstrate effective change management.

You’ll also provide change assurance to Portfolio Delivery Teams, lead engagement and training activities, and develop communication and engagement strategies. Additionally, you will manage business change measurement, tracking adoption, engagement, colleague sentiment, and transition progress throughout change initiatives.

• The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model with three in-office days per week.
